Juneteenth History Presentation - Sat.June 21st
A special Juneteenth history presentation at Arts Herndon (750 Center St.), on Saturday, June 21, at 2:00 PM. This presentation is entitled “African American Life in Early Herndon.” Herndon Historical Society Historian, Barbara Glakas, will tell stories and use photos to take us through a timeline of slavery to freedom in Herndon. Special guests will also be present!
